Eligibility
By placing an order on PrintYourPup.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site, services, or other users’ access.

Products and Orders
All products offered by PrintYourPup.com are custom-made and personalized for each customer. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including photos, product selections, colors, and shipping details. Once your order is approved for production, we cannot make changes.

Artwork Creation and Approval
After you submit your order, our artists will create a custom digital artwork of your pet, usually within 1–2 business days. You will receive a mockup via email and can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. Approval of the mockup confirms that you are happy with the artwork and authorizes us to proceed with production.

Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Production and Shipping
Once your artwork is approved, production typically takes 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location: U.S. orders generally arrive in 2–4 business days, while international orders take 7–14 business days depending on customs and shipping carriers. Free shipping applies to all U.S. orders; international shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Returns
Because our products are fully custom, we do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receiving your package or its expected delivery date. We will review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement.

Intellectual Property
All artwork created by PrintYourPup.com remains the intellectual property of our company until delivered to the customer as part of a completed product. The purchased product is for personal use only; you may not reproduce or sell the artwork without permission.

Limitation of Liability
PrintYourPup.com is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. We make every effort to ensure a smooth experience and to resolve any issues promptly.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.
