Welcome to PrintYourPup. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility

By placing an order with PrintYourPup, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of our website or services.

Products and Orders

Every PrintYourPup product is made to order and personalised specifically for you.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including photographs, product selections and shipping details. Once artwork creation or production has begun, we're unable to make changes to your order.

Artwork Approval

Before production begins, we'll email you an artwork preview for approval. Unlimited revisions are included before production, so you can request changes until you're happy with your artwork.

If we don't receive a response within 48 hours, we'll send you a reminder. If we still don't hear back after a further 48 hours, we'll proceed with production to help avoid unnecessary delays.

Production and Shipping

Once your artwork has been approved, production typically takes 1–4 business days.

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after production. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment must be completed before production begins.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.

Customer Photos

By submitting photographs to PrintYourPup, you confirm that you own the images or have permission to use them for the purpose of creating your personalised order.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Because every order is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once artwork creation or production has begun.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and artwork, is the property of PrintYourPup unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Products purchased from PrintYourPup are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide an excellent customer experience, PrintYourPup is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions or other events outside our reasonable control.
