At PrintYourPup.com, each product is made to order and customized specifically for your pet. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
Before production begins, you will receive a digital mockup of your custom artwork for approval. You have the opportunity to request unlimited revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Once you approve the mockup, production begins.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, contains a major printing error, or is the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your package or its expected delivery date. Customers must provide a clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item to be eligible for a replacement.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier, and if the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement.
