How does it work?
Choose your product, upload your pet photo and complete checkout. We’ll create your personalised artwork and email you a preview before production begins.
Will I see a preview before printing?
Yes. Before production begins, we’ll email you an artwork preview for approval. Nothing goes into production until you’ve had the chance to review your design.
Can I request changes?
Yes. We offer unlimited revisions before printing, so you can request changes until you’re completely happy with your artwork.
How long does it take?
Once your artwork has been approved, production typically takes 1–4 business days. Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days after production.
What photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, bright photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see. Front-facing, eye-level photos usually work best.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every order is personalised and made to order, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once artwork creation or production has begun. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or lost in transit, we’ll work with you to put it right.
