Picture Guide

The photo you upload is the most important part of your order and key to a beautiful, accurate pet portrait. Follow these tips to make sure it’s just right:

  • Lighting: Use daylight or a bright room. Avoid shadows.

  • Camera: Use a smartphone or high-quality camera for a clear image.

  • Face & Neck: Make sure your pet’s full face and neck are visible.

  • Natural Colors: Avoid heavy filters to capture your pet’s true coloring.

  • Position: Best results come from your pet facing the camera at eye level. Other poses are fine but will appear as-is.
