Your Order Journey

Place Your Order

Choose your product, upload your pet photo and complete checkout. Every order is made to order and personalised specifically for you.

Artwork Preview

Before production begins, we’ll email your artwork preview for approval. Unlimited revisions are included before production.

Reminder Process

If we don’t receive a response within 48 hours, we’ll send a reminder. If we still don’t hear back after a further 48 hours, we’ll proceed with production.

Production

Once your artwork has been approved, production typically takes 1–4 business days.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after production.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Helpful Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once production has started or your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to guarantee address changes.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately so each item can be produced and delivered as efficiently as possible.
