Shipping policy

At PrintYourPup.com, all products are custom-made and personalized for each customer. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.

Processing Time
After your order is approved via the digital mockup, production typically takes 2–4 business days. Production will not begin until you have approved the mockup, and unlimited revisions are available before approval.

Shipping Times
Orders within the United States generally arrive in 2–4 business days after production. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on location, customs, and shipping carriers.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within the United States is free on all orders. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier, and if the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a major printing error, or is the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your package. Customers must provide a clear photo of the affected item to be eligible for a replacement.
