Shipping policy

At PrintYourPup, every product is made to order and personalised specifically for you. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, produce and deliver your order.

Before production begins, we'll email you an artwork preview for approval. Unlimited revisions are included before production, so you can request changes until you're happy with your artwork.

If we don't receive a response within 48 hours, we'll send you a reminder. If we still don't hear back after a further 48 hours, we'll proceed with production to help avoid unnecessary delays.

Once your artwork has been approved, production typically takes 1–4 business days.

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after production. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email your shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or, where appropriate, may offer a refund.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before production begins. Once production has started or your order has been dispatched, we're unable to guarantee address changes.
